I. BELOS IS THE COLONIZER
Emperor Belos isn't a magical overlord; he is a Puritan from the 1600s (Philip Wittebane). He represents the Old World Order that hates everything it cannot categorize.
He invented the Coven System to strip witches of their Wild Magic. He forced them to choose one identity, one box, one brand.
The Real World Parallel: The insistence on the Gender Binary, the Neurotypical Standard, and the Corporate Career Path. Belos is every manager who told you to "tone it down."
II. WILD MAGIC IS NEURODIVERGENCE
Eda Clawthorne (The Owl Lady) refused to join a Coven. She kept her Wild Magic. The system called her a criminal. The system called her cursed.
But Wild Magic is simply Integration. It is the refusal to fracture oneself to fit the state's mold. It is the ability to tap into the Titan (The Source) directly, without a mediator.
III. THE GLYPHS ARE OPEN SOURCE
Luz couldn't do magic the "normal" way (biologically). So she hacked it.
She observed nature. She found the patterns (The Code). She built her own interface using paper and ink (Glyphs).
This is the Aegis Strategy. We cannot use the Master's tools (Money/Power) to dismantle the Master's house. We must build our own tools from the scraps they ignored.
